DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING
We offer free shipping in the UK.
For international orders please contact us.

TAXES AND DUTIES
International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist you.

LATE DELIVERIES
In estimating your delivery time, please note that delivery times may vary. Most orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of placing an order. We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however; we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries.

RETURNS
At AngieB Yoga we pride ourselves on quality, however, we understand that there may be times where you will need to return an item purchased from us. Full-priced items may be exchanged or returned, provided that the conditions in this Policy are satisfied.
• Product must be in its original condition, meaning that: tags are still intact, items are in their original packaging and items have not been altered or damaged
• If the fault is major (as determined at the sole discretion of AngieB Yoga) you may elect to receive a replacement product, a credit or a refund of the original purchase amount (except if the original purchase was made using a credit).

REFUND AND RETURNS
We hope you will love your new purchase but if you are unhappy with your yoga mat we encourage you to contact us immediately at angiebyogaa@gmail.com

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
